Olives strives to be the top high quality restaurant in the local marketplace. Owned and operated by the Massad family with over 40 years of experience in the restaurant business, Olives will be unlike any other in the Mankato area. Our vision for the restaurant is one of high energy, bold flavors and an unforgettable dining experience. From the first bite to the last, our impressionable culinary style will take our guests on a unique dining experience.

Description and Concept

Olives is a family owned and operated restaurant that will be located in the newly constructed Hilton Garden Inn, in Downtown Mankato. Olives’ aspiration is to create an atmosphere that is contemporary, warm and inviting for guests to enjoy. The entrees will draw on classical Mediterranean and American cooking techniques with a lighter modern approach to the culinary arts. The restaurant will offer breakfast, lunch, dinner and a full service bar menu. Olives will also cater all the events held in the banquet/meeting rooms located at the Hilton Garden Inn, as well as room service offerings.
